We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Home Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our facility. The Administrator will ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, maintain financial stability, promote staff engagement, and uphold our commitment to outstanding resident care and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Current and active Connecticut Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Minimum 3–5 years of management experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.

  • Proven leadership, financial management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of facility operations, including clinical, administrative, and financial functions.

  • Ensure compliance with Connecticut Department of Public Health (DPH), CMS, and other regulatory agencies.

  • Develop and manage annual budgets, monitor financial performance, and drive cost-effective operations.

  • Lead department heads and interdisciplinary teams to maintain high-quality resident care.

  • Foster a positive, collaborative work culture that encourages staff development and retention.

  • Maintain effective communication with residents, families, and the community.

  • Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives in alignment with company goals.

  • Serve as the primary liaison with corporate leadership and regulatory agencies.
