• Valid SLP CCC certification
• School-based Speech-Language Pathologist licensure
• Experience working with children across the K-12 age range
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

• Conduct speech and language assessments to identify students' needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's goals
• Collaborate with educators and families to support student progress
• Document and track treatment outcomes according to best practices and regulatory standards
• Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders
